Privacy notice

CareMatch, LLC ("CareMatch," "we") helps families and senior living communities work together. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms:
- Families: your name, phone number, email address, the zip code of your loved one, your relationship to them, and how soon you need help.
- Communities: your name, role, community name, work email, phone number, community zip code, the types of care you provide, and, if you choose, how many units are open.
- Hospital teams: your name, role, hospital or health system, work email, phone number, and what would help your team. This form never asks for patient information.
- Senior care advisors: your name, business name, email, phone number, and the zip code where you work most.
- If you arrived through a tagged link, we record the name of that link (for example, "linkedin") so we know which outreach worked.
- AI assistant conversations: if you talk with our AI assistant, by chat or voice on this page or by phone, we keep a recording, a transcript, and a short summary of your answers (such as where your loved one is now, the area and type of living you're considering, how care will be paid for, and the best way to reach you).
How we use it
- To call, text, or email you about your request and our launch, as you agreed when you submitted the form, including calls from our AI assistant.
- To learn where families need us and prepare for launch, and later to prepare your care advocate before they call you.
- To learn about partner communities and set up partnerships.
- To count sign-ups in total. If we show a sign-up count on our page, it shows totals only, never names or details.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't share it with others for their advertising.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this page.
Who helps us run this website
- Supabase stores form submissions in a secured database that the public cannot read.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- ElevenLabs runs our AI assistant and stores its recordings and transcripts. The assistant loads on our page only if you choose to start it.
- n8n sends our confirmation messages and passes your request to our care team.
- YouTube hosts our videos. Videos load on our page only if you choose Accept in our cookie notice, and YouTube may then set its own cookies. If you choose Decline, you can watch on YouTube's site instead.
Text messages
If you agree to texts, we text you only about your sign-up, request, or partnership. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. We don't share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Our AI assistant
After you sign up, our AI assistant may chat with you here or call you, if you agreed to calls. It always tells you it's an AI and asks your permission before recording. It uses an artificial voice. It only gathers a few details, confirms how to reach you, and, before launch, shares free public resources such as the Eldercare Locator. It doesn't give medical advice and doesn't recommend specific communities. You can say "stop calling" at any time and it won't call again. Please don't share medical details with it.
Free to families
Our service is free to families. When a family's loved one moves into one of our partner communities, that community pays CareMatch a referral fee. Families are always free to choose the community that's right for their loved one, whether it's one of our partners or not.
Cookies and your choice
Our page remembers your Accept or Decline choice in your own browser so we don't ask again. You can change it any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
"Do Not Track" and privacy signals
Because this page doesn't track you across websites or use advertising cookies, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. If we ever add tracking, we will honor Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. California residents have these rights under California law, and we honor the same requests from everyone. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business records, then delete it.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
